Official Rules for Big Guys Pizza Gaming PC Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

Big Guys Pizza, 435 Bower Hill Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, 15017, USA (“Sponsor”)..

2. Eligibility

The Big Guys Pizza Gaming PC Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and are registered members of the Big Guys Pizza Loyalty Rewards Club. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Loyalty Rewards Club Membership

To participate in the Giveaway, entrants must be registered members of the Big Guys Pizza Loyalty Rewards Club. Joining the Loyalty Rewards Club is free and can be done by visiting https://bigguyspizzashop.com/rewards/ or by signing up in-store. No purchase is necessary to join the club.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 9 2025, at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 9, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible, except as noted for mail-in entries.

5. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, you must first be a registered member of the Big Guys Pizza Loyalty Rewards Club. Joining is free and can be done at https://bigguyspizzashop.com/rewards/ or in-store. Once you are a member, you can enter the Giveaway through the following methods:

• Purchase Entry:During the Giveaway Period, Loyalty Rewards Club members who purchase any one (1) of the following twelve (12) new menu items from Big Guys Pizza will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway for each qualifying item purchased:
• Pesto Chicken Pizza
• Chicken Parmesan Pizza
• The Big 3 Pizza
• The Dang Good Hoagie
• Pesto Chicken Hoagie
• Big Mac ‘N Cheese
• Pizza Chili
• Pesto Chicken Pasta
• Vodka Chicken Hoagie
• Vodka Chicken Roll
• Pesto Chicken Baked Roll

Each qualifying item purchased will grant one (1) entry, whether purchased individually or as part of a single transaction. For example, purchasing two (2) qualifying items in one transaction will grant two (2) entries.

• Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Loyalty Rewards Club members can also enter without making a purchase by handwriting their full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3×5 inch card and mailing it in a standard envelope to: Big Guys Pizza Gaming PC Giveaway, 435 Bower Hill Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, 15017, USA. Each mail-in entry must be handwritten; no mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by May 7, 2025, and received by May 10, 2025. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.

6. Entry Limits

There is no limit to the number of entries per person, regardless of entry method. Purchase entries are awarded based on the number of qualifying items purchased, while each mail-in entry must be submitted in a separate envelope.

7. Prizes

Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) custom-built gaming PC. The two PCs have the following specifications:

• PC #1: Full tower case, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card, 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $950.
  PC #2: Full tower case, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor, AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics card, 16 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $950.
• Total ARV of all prizes: $1,900.

8. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about May 10, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select two (2) potential winners, one from each participating Big Guys Pizza location’s Loyalty Rewards Club database. Specifically, one winner will be drawn from the Loyalty Rewards Club members associated with the Bridgeville location, and one winner will be drawn from the Loyalty Rewards Club members associated with the Meadowlands location, based on all eligible entries received from each location’s database during the Giveaway Period and mail-in entries received by May 10, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries in each location’s respective database.

9. Prize Allocation

The two (2) potential winners will be ranked based on the number of entries they submitted. The potential winner with the higher number of entries will be given the first choice between the two (2) gaming PCs. In the event of a tie (i.e., both winners have the same number of entries), the potential winner who submitted their first entry earliest during the Giveaway Period will be given first choice.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. To claim the prize, potential winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted, a Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time, fails to complete the required documentation, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Prize Pickup

The prize must be picked up in person at Big Guys Pizza, 435 Bower Hill Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, 15017, or Big Guys Pizza, Washington, PA 15301 during regular business hours. No shipping option is available. Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited. Winners are responsible for any transportation costs associated with picking up the prize.

12. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues that may affect the entry process.
• All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide a valid tax identification number or social security number for tax reporting purposes.

13. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

15. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

16. Winner List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Big Guys Pizza Gaming PC Giveaway Winner List, 435 Bower Hill Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, 15017, USA by June 7, 2025.

17. Sponsor’s Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

18. Data Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://bigguyspizzashop.com/privacy-policy/.

19. No Endorsement

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third parties, including the manufacturers of the gaming PCs.
